In January 2023 an internal team of each brand will pick by their own criteria which are the BEST PHOTOS among the resulting finalists in @LucaMemorial.Contest 2022.
For each brand, a winner photo will be rewarded with a pack consisting of its best products.

The quality and scope of the photos is tremendous!, and it was very difficult to narrow it down….let alone select a preference.
OUTEX teams in Europe and USA are impressed and torn!

“Between a Rock & a Hard Place”: An image that elicited much emotional reactions from our staff!
this image seemed to capture so many attributes of canyoning: adventure, skill, knowledge, perseverance, teamwork, humanity, & beauty.
While there are elements of photographic integrity that depict framing, composition, depth of field, shutter speed, and focus, the image ultimately illustrates humanity against the beauty, thrills, and challenges of nature at a particular point in time that’s metaphorical to what photography means in all of our lives.

Amazing juxtaposition of elements coming together; water, rock, gravity, seemed like a great metaphor for the sport of canyoning.
