The CONTROLLER is licensed to process your data to provide the services requested through the Luca Memorial Photo Contest.

• Inform you that your photo has been disqualified
• Inform you of any update about the contest, if you subscribed our newsletter

The company Luca Memorial informs that the promotion website may contain social media modules ("Like" buttons linked to the social media accounts of the brand) and that therefore the transfer of personal data of participants (e.g. IP) to social networks takes place.

The same person can not register with more than one (1) email and one (1) facebook account. Any fraud in participation rules or voting will produce the immediate disqualification.
